How Does the Drip Catch-Up System Work?
When using a "class-based" drip schedule (meaning a group of learners receives drips on specific dates), a learner might purchase or get added to the schedule AFTER the class has started. When a learner is given access to any package, we run an extra "schedule check" to see if there are any "drips" that have passed for that student specifically. If there are, we unlock all those modules, and bundle them up into a single "unlock" email. This allows you to onboard learners AFTER your schedule has started and automatically get them up to speed with the rest of the class.
If for some reason the student is behind with the class, the student is "stuck", or something didn't unlock that should, you can also use the Manual Unlock system to unlock historical content for the user.
