Changing Your Email

If you want to use a different email for your primary Doki account, you can request a change and confirm it quickly. Changing your email is a few step process.

First, you need to get to the Account editor page. From the admin tools, there's a link in the sidebar that has a little "Contact" icon. Click on that to edit your "profile". 

Find the field that says "Email Address" and change that to an email you have access to. Click "Save" to save the changed. You will see the interface update to indicate you need to confirm your new email. 

We'll sent an email to you with a link that will confirm your new email address. You can then use that email address to log in next time.

If you just signed up for Doki and you used the wrong email address, reach out to support at support@doki.io and we'll get the right one on file.
