Managing Your Subscription
Your Doki subscription can be found by clicking on the "Business" link in the main sidebar in the admin (it's the one with the briefcase icon). Then click on the "Subscription" tab and click "Plans". This page shows the available public plans and will display your current plan.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan is simple. Simply click the button in the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade too and then click Upgrade to change. If you haven't yet supplied a credit card for your plan, you'll need to enter those details on this page to complete the subscription.
Updating your card
You need to keep a current credit card on file to pay for subscription. To update your card (including expiration date updates), click on the "Subscription" tab and then click "Update card". Enter your credit card information and then click "Update" to update your card.
NOTE: we never store your credit card details, only the last 4 numbers of your card and the expiration date which are used for your reference.

We're sorry to see you go, but if you must, you may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting Oki Doki Digital Inc. customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle or trial ending (if applicable).
