Doki doesn't explicitly send transaction receipts when selling with Stripe. We let Stripe handle that. Stripe doesn't have these enabled by default, so here's how to enable them in your account.
- Log into your Stripe account and click "Business Settings" in the sidebar menu.
- Click on "Email receipts" in the sidebar menu
- You can check the boxes here to get email notifications for certain types of transactions (see screenshot below). You can also change the design style of your receipts in the "Customize design" section.
